Foundation membership
$50 + GST / month
For brokers who want to join NBS now.
- Access to the nbsbrokers.com.au members portal
- Basic CRM, forms and useful links
- Access to the NBS Friends referral network
- Disclose NBS as your aggregator for PI insurance and with industry associations such as the MFAA and FBAA
- Appointment as a credit representative under NBS’s Australian Credit Licence (ACL 580020), with your CRN issued by ASIC
- Helps cover NBS’s costs, such as ASIC licensing fees and CSLR levies
- Loan writing and submission not available at this stage
Full aggregation
$300 + GST / month
Available once NBS has a lender panel and 10 CRNs in place.
- Loan writing and submission through the NBS lender panel
- Access to the NBS lender panel
- Effi CRM
- Access to the NBS Friends referral network
- QED compliance
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Fees and plans will be introduced and updated as NBS Aggregation Group grows, and if it secures a parent aggregator or direct accreditation with the Big 4 banks. See Pricing for full details.
How joining works
From first conversation to your CRN
Our onboarding follows the NBS Broker Application and the Representative Reference Consent Form, both completed in the secure members area. Here’s what to expect.

Send us the short form below or contact our onboarding team by . We’ll talk through the plans and whether NBS suits your business.

Complete the Broker Application
Once invited, you complete the application in the members area. It covers:
- Contact details and lending activities (home loans, asset & equipment finance, commercial)
- Entity details (company, sole trader, partnership or trustee)
- Your ACL status and any existing credit representative details
- Current and previous aggregators
- A declaration and authority to act

Upload your supporting documents
Upload these through the secure members area:
- Certificate of incorporation and/or business name registration
- Brief work history and 3 business referees
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent for asset finance)
- AML/CTF certificate (refresher if older than 2 years)
- Current PI insurance and MFAA or FBAA membership (minimum 3 months remaining)
- AFCA membership, identification and, where relevant, separation letters

Sign the reference consent
The Representative Reference Consent Form lets NBS obtain references from the licensees and aggregators you’ve worked with in the past 5 years, as required by the ASIC Reference Checking and Information Sharing Protocol.

Review and checks
Our onboarding team reviews your application and makes the inquiries it needs, including probity and reference checks. NBS may, in its absolute discretion, refuse an application.

Appointment and portal access
Once approved, you’re appointed as a credit representative under ACL 580020, with your CRN issued by ASIC, and get access to the nbsbrokers.com.au members portal.
Please don’t send identification, bank details or other personal documents by email or through this website’s enquiry form. They’re collected only through the secure members area.
Application forms are completed securely
To protect your personal information, the Broker Application and Representative Reference Consent Form aren’t available for public download. Once we’ve reviewed your expression of interest, invited brokers receive access to the secure NBS members area to complete both forms and upload their supporting documents.
